The Story of Hodges Consulting

Paula was born into a mixed Dairy/Arable farming family and grew up breeding/producing Arabians & show horses. Paula Graduated with a BSc in Psychology/History and an MSc in Computer Science from Bath University.

Paula started her career headhunting investment bankers before moving into a sales role with a leading cloud solutions provider which she helped to grow from three to forty people having worked in many parts of the business from new business sales to account management and technical support.

In 2012 Paula moved back to her countryside roots and managed a mixed Dairy/Arable farm in Hampshire.  In 2015 Paula was a finalist for both “Young Farmer of the Year” and “Assured Dairy Farmer of the Year".

From early 2017 Paula has been working to source top candidates for clients within Agriculture/Equine and software companies. Successful placements have included senior and middle management, marketing and sales.  

Hodges Consulting was born when Paula found that she could use her unique mix of Technology Sales/Recruitment/Farming & Equestrian knowledge to launch her own specialist headhunting firm to help her clients source candidates with the right “fit” in terms of both experience and personality.
